This will be accomplished through (1) mentoring younger men and women who are truly called of God into service. (2) Building their ministry through personal consultation, Impact meetings for group inspiration, motivation, and training. (3) Make available valuable material for their personal spiritual as well as church growth. (4) Assist the pastor in attaining these goals through consultation and Impact weekend of preaching and teaching in the local assembly. (5) Leading Impact Teams in for a total Impact Weekends to totally impact many dimensions of church life.
