Spiritual Giftedness Lay Training One of the greatest discoveries of my personal ministry was that all of God's children are called to ministry. Sadly for me, it was well too far in my ministry before this revelation came. Another great sadness is that hardly any of God's people know what their gift mix is, including most ministers and pastors I interview. This means that many of God's great army that has been called to evangelize the world are functioning in offices and roles that they have never been called to do.
