Apostolic Impact Teams
Ideally suited for and Impact Weekend, Apostolic Impact Teams are
available to bless a church in a number of areas. New power pact
ministries can be shared with a church in most areas of church life.
These teams members can work with a targeted group of leaders or
perspective leaders to energize your church for Apostolic action.
For instance, an Impact Team member can work with the Christian
education department while at the same time the U-Turn youth teams
is working with the youth leadership and so on. Ideally Friday night
and Saturday would be given to the Impact Team training with your
leaders culminating in a great Sunday morning Impact rally for evangelism
and church strengthening lead by the pastor and Bishop DeHart.
Any are all of these team members can come to your church, depending
on the needs and wishes of the pastor and or the local assembly.

Executive Staff Diagnosis
Led by Bishop DeHart, this important tool, allows an unbiased outside
source to evaluate all of the church full time staff as well as
their productivity, proper usage according to the individual giftedness.
Technical as well as common sense can help the pastor and staff
to have clarity as to its mission and key roles that everyone is
to play.

Cell Implementation/Training
The power dynamics of this ministry that has been the driving force
for the largest churches in the world , can be your church. These
session led by Sherry Ferris will either expose your leadership
to these dynamic and get you started on this power journey, or further
tweak your cell ministry that presently exist. Cheryl, a twenty
five year veteran of Bishop DeHart's staff is an accomplished teacher,
soul winner, and leads the church outreach/cell ministry.

Gift and Personality Assessment
Lead by Lady De these battery of test and consultations can begin
to profile the leadership of the church in the areas of the individual
gifts of the church staff as well as their own personality profiles.
This can be a launching pad to including these areas in all new
members training to profile all church members if this is desired.

Inner Healing/ Deliverance Training/Implementation
One of the great problems facing new converts as well as older Christian,
is the baggage they bring with them in their new found life in Christ.
A part of the regular new membership training at The Heartland Church,
John and Rose Young, practitioners in inner
healing and deliverance can set a course of action and train workers
in this most needed ministry of the church.
